With multiple high-profile developments launching soon, we’re looking for an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
The Role
As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling off-the-plan apartments and townhomes, primarily across Melbourne’s Eastern and Northern suburbs. You will engage directly with buyers, guiding them through the sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing. A strong understanding of the off-the-plan market, exceptional communication skills, and a results-driven mindset will be essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Off-the-Plan Sales: Drive sales for multiple residential projects, managing buyer relationships and negotiations.
Lead Qualification & Management: Work closely with inbound leads, qualifying potential buyers, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining strong engagement throughout the sales cycle.
Client Engagement: Educate buyers on project details, pricing, floorplans, and investment potential while providing exceptional customer service.
Project Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of each project’s unique selling points, local market trends, and competitive positioning.
CRM Management & Lead Tracking:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of buyer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups in Salesforce (or other CRM systems).
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure CRM-driven campaigns are effectively targeting active and engaged buyers.
Reporting & Sales Targets: Track sales progress, provide regular updates on performance, and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in off-the-plan sales within the residential property sector.
Strong sales negotiation skills and ability to manage high-value transactions.
An established network and understanding of Melbourne’s eastern and northern property markets.
Ability to manage multiple projects and buyers while maintaining strong attention to detail.
CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) to track and manage buyer interactions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A valid Real Estate Agent’s Representative Licence is essential.
